In this menu, you can choose the frequency of auto-synchronization and the stores where you want to synchronize data.
If you select All store views, synchronization will occur for all stores. Otherwise, synchronization will occur only for the store views chosen in this option.

As explained in the prerequisites section, Magento cron jobs must be operative for synchronization to work properly.
Synchronization options
- Auto synchronization every: if a frequency is set in this field, synchronization will occur accordingly. If this field is empty, synchronization will only happen when clicking the Synchronize connector button. When configuring all settings, it is recommended not to set auto synchronization, because synchronization will start immediately after saving the changes.
- The execution frequency is 5 minutes for data updating, 10 minutes for auto-synchronization of the channels, and 10 minutes for indexers if they are activated.
- The auto-synchronization cron will only import data if there is no pending data to be processed.
- The channel can also be synchronized manually by clicking the Synchronize connector button at the top right corner.
- When synchronization starts, either automatically or manually, changes may take some time to appear. The channel receives the information and stores it temporarily in the database so it can be processed progressively.
- To know if there is still information to be processed, you can read the process logs if they are activated. For manual synchronization, a warning message will show the number of pending items.
- If there has been an error during synchronization, the system will try twice. The errors are stored in a document in the Magento 2 logs folder, var/logs. When synchronization finishes, the system informs you through the interface or the logs.
- To know more about synchronization results, go to Sales Layer in your Magento menu and select View Sales Layer logs.
Store View parameter
If you have different store views created in Magento, and those store views have different information, you need to create one connector in Sales Layer for each store view. Then select the corresponding store view when configuring the channel in the plugin.
For example, if you have a connector in Sales Layer exporting the Spanish version of the products, you could link this connector with two different store views in Magento:

You can also create one connector in Sales Layer and connect it to all store views in Magento if they have the same information:

Or you can use just one store view per connector:

If you have one store view with some products and another store with other products, even with the same language, create two connectors in Sales Layer. Filter the specific language and corresponding products, then connect the first connector to one store view and the second connector to the other store view.
