1. The Google Manufacturer control panel shows that the product information has been sent more than once. Why?

R: If the product falls into several categories, the information about it will appear once per category unless the category tab is deactivated in the Sales Layer connector.

2. The type of information Sales Layer sends for a given field does not match the type of content Google Manufacturer expects to receive. Why?

R: The Sales Layer connector links each field to the official Google documentation where you will find the information you would expect to receive on that particular field. If the Sales Layer content is in a different format, it is possible to make conversions using formulas that can be added to the connector (to find out more, see the formulas section for our connectors).

3. My text field includes commas and it is exported divided into multiple tags (using the comma as a separator). How can I export the entire content of the field under a single tag?

R: If you want to send the complete text within a single tag, without it being split into a list of values, you can create a table specifying the corresponding values in each column:
