The connector's scope includes catalog integration features, but it has some specific considerations to keep in mind.
Not supported features
- Two-direction synchronization is not supported. Changes made in BigCommerce are not propagated to Sales Layer.
- The connector does not guarantee support for mapping fields created by third parties. Currently, Sales Layer is working with ShipperHQ.
- The connector does not support multi-language configurations, as BigCommerce stores support only one language.
- The connector does not support sending metafields.
Multi-storefronts
- Clients must have an Enterprise account in BigCommerce to use the Multi-storefront feature.
- Clients without an Enterprise account in BigCommerce can still configure one single storefront.
